Four people were transported to the hospital on Friday after a fatal crash involving two cars occurred on the AA Highway near the Greenup County line, Greenup County 911 dispatchers reported.

The crash was a called a T-bone type of accident. It was called in at 5:19 p.m. and officials shut down the northbound lane for about an hour.

At least one of the people hurt was not from the United States. Emergency workers were searching for a translator.
