A 32-year-old software engineer, Vijaybhaskar Reddy, from the Charala village of Chowdepalle mandal in Chittoor district, died in a car accident in the States on Wednesday night.

Vijaybhaskar was traveling to the East Coast from Argonia in Kansas when the accident took place. His friends notified his parents on Thursday morning.

Vijaybhaskar, who had previously worked in London, was living in the United States for the last three years.

The young man was driving in bad weather conditions with extreme fog and he was therefore not able to see and drove his car into a container, stated his father, Mr R. Narasimha Reddy, an ex-serviceman.

His father reported that his son’s body will be taken back to his native village and his US friends were taking care of the transport of the body.

Vijaybhaskar was planning a wedding for the next year as well, family members reported.
